Delete your account.

This takes effect immediately and needs no waiting on us.

1. Open FirstPage and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, and everything stored on that phone is erased with it.

If you’ve uninstalled the app, changed phones, or simply can’t get in, email us and we’ll do it for you:

Send it from the email address you signed up with — that’s how we confirm the request is really yours. We’ll confirm once it’s done, within 30 days and usually within 7.

Deleting your account removes, permanently:

• Your account and the email address attached to it.
• Your profile — display name, reading goal, schedule.
• Anything you had backed up: your library entries, reading sessions and history, saved quotes, want-to-read list, and reading schedule.
• Your subscription event history.

If you delete from inside the app, the copy on that phone goes too — books you imported, reading progress, quotes, downloaded voices and cached files.

• Purchase records held by Apple and Google. Your subscription is billed by the app store, not by us. We can’t delete their records, and deleting your FirstPage account does not cancel your subscription — do that in the App Store or Play Store, or you’ll keep being charged.
• Books on other devices. Anything still installed on a phone we no longer have an account for stays on that phone until it’s deleted there.
• Records we’re required to keep. Where the law requires us to retain something (tax records for a purchase, for example), we keep only that, only for as long as required.

There is no recovery window and no archived copy to restore from. If you want to keep your reading history, export it first — Profile → Account → Export my data — before you delete.
